  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds:

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. International Returns:

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs fees or taxes. Elite Elegance is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the return process.
